I took my duramax 2022.5 refresh Silverado 1500 to dealer they changed torque converter, supposedly fix my issue with 1-2 gears and now I’m getting shuddering again 1-2 gear, is this normal for these cars to always shift bad on 1-2 gear. Doesn’t matter the speed 40-50 or even down? Chevy dealer tells me this is normal to spec

3.0 Duramax Noise Issue

So I have a 2020 gmc sierra with the 3.0, and it’s got about 111,000 miles on it. Last week I noticed a new noise coming from underneath the truck, mostly audible from the driver side wheel well if not laying underneath it. While underneath it seems to be coming from around the oil pan and trans junction area. The sound is similar to an accessory pulley bearing going out, it’s cyclic in nature and does change with engine temp and rpm. Sound isn’t super loud and isn’t audible from inside the cab. Zero changes to how it drives and performs outside of that. Fluid levels are all nominal from what I can tell.

Any ideas at all what this could be? Been struggling with the idea of driving it every day if it could cause big damage…

TLDR: noise coming from oil pan trans junction area, unsure if driving it will blow something up.
