Wyoming LLC as holding company/manager for a Texas LLC

I’m trying to fix a privacy issue with my current Texas LLC. My name got scraped onto Bizapedia through the annual Public Information Report (PIR) even though I used a registered agent.

Can any one suggest if can work?

  • Dissolve the Texas LLC
  • Form a new Wyoming LLC (holding company)
  • Form a new Texas LLC (operating company) and list the Wyoming LLC as its manager
  • Use professional registered agents in both states

Has any actually done this:
Does listing the Wyoming LLC as manager on the Texas PIR keep your personal name completely off the public filings and aggregator sites like Bizapedia?
Even with the Wyoming layer and registered agent, does anything still leak through the Texas PIR or annual reports?

Has anyone’s personal name stayed private long-term with this exact Wyoming-holding + Texas-operating structure?

How does Wyoming compare to Nevada (or even staying fully in Texas) for this kind of privacy setup? Any real-world differences in leaks or aggregator exposure?

Would really appreciate actual experiences. What worked, what didn’t.

I live in a very small town in Alaska and am starting an LLC for my window cleaning business. I have spent a lot of time researching options for forming an LLC and have landed on either bizee or northwest.

As far as business addresses go, I understand that registered agents only deal with official paperwork, ie tax information and not general mail. Both services provide a virtual address at $29/ month or $360 a year. My town only uses a post office for mail; no mail gets delivered to homes. Am I stuck paying almost $400 a year for a virtual address to send a small amount of general mail that I will receive for my business? When I order products such as business cards and equipment, I will have to send them to my po box because there are no other options. I can open a second po box for $60 a year but still need to provide a physical address.

Is there an option I am not aware of? Thank you for the input.
