Hey, I have a Volvo from 2010 and I have an error that doesn't get resolved unless I reset the amount of hours from Webasto. The problem is with Webasto, which is technically functional, but the software has a limit on hours. I called Volvo service Kristiansand and they said they know about the problem but don't have the tools to repair it. Has anybody had this problem and how did you manage to resolve it?

My name is Fernando, I live in Tenerife, and I'm contacting this community in case anyone can help me. I bought a Norwegian car from a Spanish seller, and when I took it to the garage, they told me they think the odometer has been tampered with. However, I can't access the official Norwegian website, Statens vegvesen, because I'm not a resident.
I don't need personal information about the previous owners, just the mileage history.
