I added a new rule :D
Okay so it's technically just an extension of rule 3 but I've seen it be broken a bunch so I'll make it it's own separate rule.
So now it's a little more clear that you have to use female pronouns on Kirara or be perma banned.
I'll probably also change some of the existing rules sometime because I think they're a little confusing and I didn't explain them very well when I wrote them.
