old john wick edit i made
this is an old john wick edit i made from my tiktok channel. and i thought i’d share it with you guys 👍
and i apologize if the quality is ass. i lost the original file, so i had to download it from my tiktok on my phone. which ruined the quality.
A lot of people died when Jessica Fletcher was around. The same thing happens when John Wick is present I’m just trying to compare body counts.
What are you expecting from the upcoming John Wick game?
What are your expectations for the upcoming John Wick game? Would you want it to feature a fully open world structure, or would you prefer a more focused cinematic experience with large interconnected levels? What are you expecting from the combat system, gunplay, movement, and overall gameplay design? Do you think it could end up feeling like a blend of Sifu and Max Payne 3 with fast hand to hand combat, brutal choreography, realistic gunfights, and stylish slow-motion action?
What kind of maps and locations are you hoping to see? Would you want massive cities filled with underground assassin networks, nightclubs, hotels, safehouses, Mini bosses, and high-stakes contracts across multiple countries? Which returning characters from the John Wick universe would you most want to see again, and how important is it that the game captures the tone, atmosphere, and world building of the films?
And finally, would you want the legendary ‘Impossible Task’ to finally be playable in the game, allowing players to experience the mission that cemented John Wick’s reputation before the events of the first movie?
12 years behind
Say that today is the first time i have watched a John Wick and it was the first one.
Is it essential to watch every single entry in the franchise?
Jw songs
I've been listening to the osts alot lately. Curious what are yalls fav sound tracks from the movie??
Question about Chapter 2
I recently watched all 4 movies and am trying to settle an argument with my friend.
In chapter 2, Santino uses the marker to force John to murder his sister Gianna that has a seat at the High Table.
Why didn't Santino receive any backlash for killing a member of the 12/High Table?
Everybody knew pretty early on that John killed her as fulfillment of his marker and all the people trying to kill before he killed Santino were Santino's own people and people with personal grudges. So I don't really get how Santino wasn't also chased after.
In the 3rd chapter the Adjudicator says John's transgression is serious because he went against the table while breaking hotel rules but didn't Santino also go against the table, just not breaking hotel rules? Even if he didn’t get excommunicated some punishment should have been carried out in my opinion.
Just realized a throw back tribute in John Wick 4
having just watched the warriors from 1979 the other night, so it was fresh in my head, and now i have John Wick 4 on in the backround while im working on a drone, and i hear a similar sounding voice "hey there boppers...." so i turn around and its so similar to the female DJ in the Warriors, just a woman of colors lips/face up close talking to the microphone and then the song "Nowhere to Run", albeit a cover version starts playing.
ima like, dayum is that the same woman? heres what giigle says:
No, the female DJ in John Wick 4 is not the same person from the 1979 film The Warriors. The DJ in John Wick 4 is played by singer-songwriter Marie-Pierra Kakoma (known as Lous and the Yakuza), acting as an homage to the iconic DJ character played by the late Lynne Thigpen in The Warriors. [1, 2, 3]
Key Details regarding the reference:
- The Homage: The scene is a direct tribute to The Warriors, featuring a similar radio host guiding the underground, this time in Paris.
- The Song: Like in The Warriors, the DJ plays a cover of "Nowhere to Run" to signal to the assassins, referencing the same musical cue from 1979.
- The Actor: While the 1979 DJ was a legendary voice-over performance by Lynne Thigpen, the John Wick 4 version was a stylized cameo by Marie-Pierra Kakoma, chosen for the film's artistic direction.
this is a pretty cool tribute to the late Lynne Thigpen and to the cult classic The Warriors to be included in a modern movie.
Wasn't expecting a John Wick reference in this
Got a good laugh from my friends and I
If Chuck Norris had lived long enough, istg it would’ve been so cool to see him in John Wick!
Cuz it’s Chuck Freakin’ Norris! The toughest dude on the planet! I always kept saying Keanu Reeves was like the Chuck Norris of this generation; cuz I remember in 2019 when JW3 came out, the whole internet loved Keanu and embraced him as our boyfriend! Even Donnie got to play a BLIND Bad Guy in JW; he’s one of the OG movie Fighters! I remember in the video game reveal for cyberpunk 2077, he was revealed to be in it “we gotta city to burn”🔥 lookin all bad ahh in shi! and then he’s in the stage saying “It’s gonna breathtaking.” Random audience member “🗣️YOURE BREATHTAKING!” Classic times. hey was also making jokes about how scary and tough John wick is yknow kinda reminded me of those Chuck Norris jokes RIP to the OG. I really hope Keanu Reeves Met Chuck Norris before he passed away or nah Chuck didn’t pass away,he’s just taking over in the underworld as the king down there the devil said he doesn’t want no smoke w Mr. Norris as correctly stated!
Action Cut Remix of John Wick
What a masterpiece! Credit to Mike Relm.
I couldn't find the answer with a search.
Certainty of completion? It's a society of assassins, surely others could have accomplished it.
Side note, I didn't get the first film, initially. I thought, great action, but what's the big deal?
But it was good enough to watch the second one, and they get increasingly complex and trippy as they go. I've never changed my mind about a film like that.
