The scene was filmed but ultimately cut from the film. The scene would however be featured on the back cover of the home video release.
Known Deleted Scenes:
Tommy and Kat fight a crocodile using a flame thrower while searching for Lerigot. About three frames of the scene are known to exist, with one on the back of the VHS box of the movie.
I didn't even know the sword of darkness was being made and when I saw this I realized I cannot pass on this.
In 2014 I held a SDCC gold dragon dagger in my hand and couldn't afford to get it. Now they are over $2500. When I saw this and that gorgeous display case I realized I have to get it.
I regret not getting that gold one in 2014 and getting it signed by JDF but that's water under the bridge now.

Whether this was an early concept rumored to be the Green Ranger’s Zord or just JDF playing around on set is unclear. After digging around there’s nothing concrete confirming he was ever meant to pilot it, which makes this even more interesting!
