Iuno Lynae Mornye/Ciaccona/Shorekeeper, who is the best for the 3rd slot?

I've both Iuno S0R1 and Lynae S0 Static Mist R1, and using Shorekeeper S0 Variation R1 right now for the 3rd slot. Want to know who's the best to plan my pulls, as Mornye banner is available right now and I've enough corals to get her S1 as well.

Finally got an okay 1C Gusts of Welkin echo. Only 16% lib dmg bonus from echoes but oh well. GL to everyone still farming.

¡I did it! ¡Iuno S3!

I used up 32,000 astrites but it was worth it.

I had to sacrifice the entire anniversary version, but I finally have S3 of my favorite character. I would go for S6, but being F2P, I think I'd fall behind in terms of content.
