I found this antique napkin ring in a family member’s antique collection.
I cannot find anything to indicate that it is sterling silver, or to indicate what brand it may be. Any identifying information would be appreciated.
There was a purple ribbon that had been wrapped around the bottom and was coming off. Hopefully it was not original but I suppose I may find out lol. But you can see the color difference on the main section between where the ribbon was and where the rest had been exposed

I can see it’s Birmingham

However, on the chart it’s telling me it’s antique. And that can’t be right for this piece.

I’m hoping someone with better knowledge could guide me.
