How did everyone’s predictions go?

I had:

  1. Linfield, wrong by 3 places
  2. Coleraine, correct
  3. Larne, wrong by 2
  4. Glentoran, wrong by 1
  5. Cliftonville, correct
  6. Dungannon, correct
  7. Crusaders, wrong by 4
  8. Ballymena, wrong by 1
  9. Glenavon, wrong by 3
  10. Portadown, wrong by 2
  11. Bangor, wrong by 1
  12. Carrick, wrong by 5

Irish cup - Larne, wrong
League cup - Glentoran, wrong
County Antrim Shield, Linfield, wrong

Championship winner - Limavady, correct

Overall definitely underestimated Larne and Carrick. And over estimated Crusaders badly aswell.

Whats behind the rise of Newington FC

Just curious how they managed to come from obscurity and doing well for themselves when they havent even a ground of their own

Very impressive, they are like a template of how amateur cubs should be run

I know the whole flags common with those two rivalry's catholic vs protestant were union jacks vs Irish tricolor but I noticed couple of Scottish saltires seen in stands by Rangers stands and their bristol bar and other supporters group as well Linfield I seen Scottish flag or murals near Windsor park while I never seen Scottish flag or not common in Celtic games and not Belfast Celtic I'm aware of.

I'm using Belfast Celtic since before 1949 when they died Linfield and Belfast Celtic were considered the original Big two rivalry instead of Glentoran and Clintonville is nowhere as symbolic to Irish nationalism as Belfast Celtic were in ni league.
