Hi! I'm an artist and otome game developer. I hope you enjoy my novells.
Game on Steam
Hello r/ IndieOtome. I'm not sure if this is allowed, but if it's against your sub rules, I apologize, and mods, feel free to remove the post (I'm not affiliated with this event, but just want to share with the community).
I just found out about the Otome Games Celebration Festival on Steam, but sadly there's only a few days left until it's finished (May 11).
Link to the Steam Festival: https://store.steampowered.com/developer/crystalgameworks/sale/otomegamescelebration2026 (you can still visit after the fest is finished to find otome games)
Here's the link to their youtube showcase (it's about 30 min long): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CRVCCt5u5sc
Happy shopping, everyone!🌻

This is my game with a well-thought-out lore, a unique setting, and great freedom of choice (though some endings are quite hard to trigger—that’s intentional).
I hope you enjoy the game.
The main heroine, Nuelli, has seen frightening shadows since childhood. She must uncover their meaning.

A gentle reminder that if you use the #amaregamesbulletin tag it really helps us find your announcements. It's getting harder and harder to find news with the algorithms hiding things lately, and we really don't want to miss anyone. <3

The update includes...
It is one of the goals of my otome and yuri visual novel, The Community Notes Are Wrong, to show how biphobia impacts the female protagonist in a way that's not just misogyny and homophobia.
Two people stood on the bridge. They smiled and looked into each other's eyes. Suddenly, the boy whispered.
"I know everything."
The girl shuddered with terror. A third participant in the drama entered the scene - a knife. The corpse fell and disappeared into the raging river.
But that's for the last day. As of right now.......

Since the Otome Games Celebration is almost over....anything that really caught your eye? 👀👀
As for eye-catching game jams, let's talk Cyber Obsession from Izumi Games!
If you’re like me and forget every single thing you’ve ever done when someone asks you direct questions, here’s some prompts to get you started:
Man, I have a lot of thinky thoughts about this game that deserve a proper review, but what a story! Of course it's prescient with out current climate of generative AI seeping into everything we do, with a dark glimpse of what the eventual outcome might be. I do appreciate that there is a hopeful ending note and bright spots throughout the route.
Elijah is such a pathetic wet dog of an LI, I love him 😂 And I have to shout out all of the different visual effects used throughout the game, they really added to the atmosphere and sense of oppression and dread.
Next week we're letting the anxiety consume us with MindMindMind from Chattercap. See you then!
