Warped glass bead. Not as flashy as when it’s magnetized velvet stripe but still impressive

Made the perfect pickle color. Used 3D gel for bumps.

Hi everyone! I’m more of a lurker than a poster but was hoping my fellow lacqueristas could help me out. This is my daughter Eden, the latest initiate to our little club. Over the last year or so she’s decided that she is absolutely in love with all of Mommy’s nail polish collection, and is ready to move on from Piggy Paint and other kid-oriented brands.

She’s worked really hard on being careful and not spilling/breaking any of the bottles I’ve shared with her over the last few months, so as a reward for her thoughtfulness I want to encourage her inner nail tech and get her her very own stash of big girl colors for her birthday coming up in August.

I figured starting here made the most sense since out of all of my bottles, ILNP is hands down her favorite between the sparkles and the tiny brush working well for her itty bitty nails. Only issue is, I’m not as familiar with the catalogue as some of the more seasoned Redditors on here, so I’m not really sure which colors to buy 😅.

So if anybody has any suggestions for shades that a(n almost) 4 year old would like, I’m all ears and thank you in advance!!

I started my nail journey after my best friend passed in August 2024, and I inherited her collection. It’s how I heard of ILNP for the first time, and today I used one of her bottles! This one’s for you, Maddie ✨

ILNP Utopia on middle finger - just bought during the retirement sale!
ILNP Mega (X) on Ring finger and thumb - this was Maddie’s and today is my first time using it and SHEESH. Does the X mean xtremely amazing because this is my new fave. It’s in the old style bottle too!

2 coats of high dive, 1 coat of ball drop.

It’s hard to capture just how pretty ball drop is. And how it shifts depending on the base color. It’s got a much more orange/pink look than shows up in these pics.

I love how this polish does from deep and dark to bright and flashy! Such a pleasing green shade.

Thumb - Cygnus loop (H)
Index - Sirene (H)
Middle - lazy mix of Sirene (H) and twisted (H)
Ring - twisted (H)
Pinky - Cameo (H)

I got all of these now discontinued polishes in the recent sale. I was hoping they wouldn’t be intensely holographic, and they definitely aren’t. The extra sparkles are subtle, aside from Twisted (H) which had more noticeable sparkles than the others :) I’m obsessed! This mani reminds me of a mood ring.

Quite literally! Two coats and it’s just perfect. I’d better not fall too in love with it, now that it’s discontinued!

I’ve wanted venom since I first saw it but thought it would look ugly on my skin tone since it’s so yellow. I went ahead and ordered it during the discontinuation sale to bump my order to the free shipping margin. I just put it on and I love it. It does get clashy in velvet style sometimes but overall this is working for me

Waiting for the piggy paint to fully dry but I’ll add nail aid biotin nail strengthener and finish with Sally Hansen insta dri top coat in a minute

Happy warm weather! This is 2 coats of Vaporwave and I’m in love with how eye-scorching it is!

Two Piece

I'm obsessed. New to ILNP and this combo has me hooked.

So I'm learning how to do nail art, so be kind 😅 but I'm pretty happy with how this one turned out!! I'm usually not a pink suede girlie, but I used it for a good soft neutral for a funeral this weekend and wanted to spice it up for the rest of the week ahead! I will say, it looks much better in velvet than it did when I first tried it in glass bead. I used pink suede (base) poison (cherries) and Frankie (stems)

Thought this would be the perfect rainy spring color and I was right. Such a pretty color, bought it last year and just getting to it. Don’t know what I was waiting for I love it!! Base is kbshimmer hydrating base coat, 3 coats of wallflower and kbshimmer qdtc
