Man, today is absolutely slammed. My to-do list is a mile long and it feels like there aren’t enough hours in the day to check everything off, but I’m pushing through because I have my sights set on the finish line. Everything else can wait for tomorrow because tonight is all about the "Canadian Bull Ring."

I’m clearing the deck specifically so I can focus on Opening Night at Assiniboia Downs. There’s nothing like the energy of that first evening back at the track—the sound of the gates snapping open, the dirt flying, and the rush of the crowd as the horses round that tight bull ring turn. It’s the perfect way to reward a long, hectic day, and I’m ready to just soak in the atmosphere and enjoy the races.
