I Have a 65 inch TV in the garage collecting dust and a few consoles laying around as well I want to turn them into an arcade the biggest box on esty is 55 but I need one for a 65 any suggestions?

Hello everyone! I’ve acquired this Asteroids machine, only thing differentiating on it is a 1979 Atari trademark. The machine when plugged in starts very bright, but then dims after 10 minutes to eventually entirely black. However, the shots from the ships light up bright as day regardless of time frame. Photos don’t do the dimming justice. It gets entirely dark. Does anyone know what the issue is or how I could fix this? I’d like to semi-know what the issue is before I contact someone local who does old arcade fixes to ensure I’m not getting ripped off. Thanks y’all!
EDIT: Ground pin is broken on the plug. I am able to replace the plug myself.
