Been trying to pair my hognose since February and never saw a lock but my girl for the past month has finally shown signs of being gravid. Shes 40 grams heavier than she normally is. Super excited to have my first clutch of baby’s, praying they’re not slugs.

Albino X Arctic 66% Het Albino

Not the craziest pairing gene wise (especially if the female doesn’t prove out to be het albino) but an important one to prove out the het. The most exciting thing about this pairing though is seeing if the sizing of my 250g Albino male passes down to the clutch. As you can see from the pictures he’s absolutely huge (and in blue) It is not often that you see males get this size so let’s see if we get some jumbo eggs and jumbo babies!
