The Coffee Station in Aloha fired a man 2 WEEKS before his baby was due after his pregnant wife nearly worked herself into the ER for them

I’m going to be blunt because this situation is genuinely messed up.

A coffee shop in Aloha, Oregon

The Coffee Station

has already been reported for tip theft and retaliation. Complaints have been filed with the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries.

Now there’s more.

One of the employees is pregnant and due in two weeks.

She wasn’t just a regular employee. she was basically holding that place together. She trained staff, wrote their recipes, created a training manual the owner still uses, covered shifts constantly (even while pregnant), and would come in on her days off whenever something went wrong.

She raised health and safety issues that only got fixed when inspections were coming up.

She worked herself so hard that she literally blacked out while training someone and ended up in the ER.

She had to go on medical leave.

So what did management do?

They asked her husband to quit his job and take over her shifts.

He did. He stepped in. Customers liked him. He was doing exactly what they asked.

Then right before a staff meeting, the owner calls him and fires him. No warning. No reason. Just gone.

Two weeks before their baby is due.

Now they’re being forced to break their lease, move into one room with family, and get rid of their belongings because they can’t afford to stay.

Let that sink in.

This is also the same place where:

Employee tips were taken

A 16-year-old had tips withheld with no pay breakdown

Someone who spoke up got retaliated against and fired

At this point, it’s not “mismanagement.” It’s a pattern.

People can argue about business decisions all they want, but firing someone with zero explanation after asking them to leave their previous job, right before their child is born, is beyond unethical.

If you’re local to Aloha, you deserve to know where your money is going.

Because behind the counter, this is what’s happening to the people making your coffee.

If you drove through this paint spill on 217…

…and have splatters on your car, I can help.

I’ve already helped 2 unlucky customers by safely removing the nasty splatters of paint overspray.

One job was $798 and the other was over $2,000 so these were pretty serious splatters as you could imagine.

You should know that the sooner you remove the paint the better because the longer contaminants sit the more they etch their way into your paint and plastics.

This makes it harder and more expensive to remove, sometimes even requiring complete replacement of the plastic trim around your wheel well, and of course you want to avoid that even more expensive proposal.

If your job ends up being quite expensive, I can help with making an insurance claim, and even bill your insurance company.

If you only have a few speckles and want to try DIY, I can offer my professional advice and even do a test spot to show you how to do it safely without permanently damaging or scratching your paint.

For a free quote just stop by my shop anytime Mon-Fri 8am-3pm no appointment needed for this.
