Traditionally, it’s been used as a nervine herb to support relaxation, ease tension, and help settle racing thoughts. Most people prepare it as a tea by steeping the dried herb in hot water for about 10–15 minutes, covered.

I appreciating herbs that work with the body more than those trying to overpower it.

Anyone else here use passionflower tea regularly?

Most people overlook Cleavers as just another sticky backyard weed, but it has a long history in herbalism as a lymphatic-support herb.

Also called:

Goosegrass

Sticky Willy

Sticky Weed

Traditionally used for:

Supporting lymphatic movement

Swollen glands/lymph nodes

Skin conditions

General spring cleansing

It’s edible raw when young and tender, though the texture is rough & velcro-like because of the hooked hairs. Because of that, many people prefer it in smoothies, juices, pestos, soups, or finely chopped into seasoning blends.

How do you prefer to use it?
