Used Whoop for a year and liked it, especially when using it under boxing gloves/workouts. The subscription was hard to justify in the end. Switching to the Helio Strap for a similar experience without the ongoing cost. I’ve seen the sleep and recovery stats aren’t as good though, but these were YT vids from a few months ago, has that improved with updates?

Anyone switched and actually happy with it?

I'm pretty no frills with this sort of stuff, as long as it tracks my expenditure, sleep debt and recovery I'm happy.
