- Team Slayer: 7PM ET / 6PM CT / 4PM PT / 12AM GT
**How To Play:**
- Log in & go to the scheduled playlist in Optimatch & Solo Search.
- Port forward UDP 3074 to avoid NAT issues.
- Often signing out and signing back in can refresh your friends list.
- If you have trouble getting into a big queue, back out & research.

On April 16, 2010, Bungie gave one final salute to the Halo 2 players who stayed online after the Xbox Live shutdown. Asked how they felt about those last few holdouts, Bungie answered: “Easy question. They’re awesome.”

April 14, 2010 was Halo 2’s last full day on original Xbox LIVE. These Bungie messages were among the final moments before an era ended.

On April 15, 2010, Microsoft confirmed Original Xbox LIVE would shut down that day, but gave no exact time. For Halo 2 players, that meant there was still hope to squeeze in a few more matchmaking games before the end.

Hi all, I’ve decided I’d like to archive as many original Halo 2 montages as humanly possible. This includes only montages from the original Xbox made and released between 2004-2010 only. I’ve just started a YouTube channel with a couple videos on for now but plan to upload plenty more - so if you have any montages of your own from back then, please share them and with your permission I’d like to upload them.
