Help Disabling Rear O2 Sensors

Just installed catless long tube headers on my 5th gen Camaro SS, added a wideband, and removed the rear O2 sensors. I’m trying to get rid of the CEL using an MPVI4 with the latest version of HP Tuners.

From what I’ve read, older HP Tuners versions supposedly allowed you to disable the rear O2 codes, so I tried going that route, but I ran into another issue the older versions of VCM Suite don’t seem to communicate with the MPVI4 interface.

Has anyone with an MPVI4 found a working solution or workaround for this? Trying to figure out the best way to handle the rear O2/heater circuit codes on the

Lookin for some help and info

Sup yall, I’m trying to figure out all I need in order to tune my car.

It’s a 2024 Dodge Hornet; the motor is listed on the HO tuners Website and it says I need a smart access cable.

I’m assuming I need to get the ECU unlocked but then what? Is it as simple as then buying the MPVI4 and taking it to a performance shop to get tuned or is there more I should know?

I’m mostly curious because I’m new to this and the car is new and no ones really tuned it lol. I just need a bit more out of it 😂.

I know nothing about PCM’s or ECU’s. Is it impossible to get these newer stellantis products tuned?

Thanks.

My 1998 buick regal gs is swapped from the normal m90 charger to a paxton centrifugal style kit. its also intercooled. with these mods the car no longer has an iat sensor. can i tune the parameter out? and therefore turn the engine light off?

So I’m looking for some opinions..Should I turn off TQ Lockup in gears 1-4 alone, leaving 5-6 untouched, or should I turn it off on all 6? I’m still doing research, but I’ve seen videos (like from Matt Sanford, who’s an absolute guru) who turns it off on all 6 gears, and seen other videos where only gears 1-4 are turned off, leaving 5-6 untouched….Looking for opinions on both sides of this, since I want to do what’s best for my ‘18 Suburban…Thanks for any input.
