Smith blade not opening smoothly?

Hi, I had to adjust my smith blade lite to open fully with a single press, but my smith blade founder's edition does not open well. It either does not open or opens only ~30º and then gets caught by the detent ratchet mechanism. What can I do?

Never had this happen

Has this happened to anyone's mini saber. Im trying to enjoy my 710 activity on 420 and this happens.i have a Crack on my adjustment to change the flame. I emaild them the other day. Ill sent them this video of this. Glad my butane can is just about empty. Who knows what would have happen if it was full.
