Once again, another fire chapter from PK Chronicles

>!I love that they actually named Yoko as "Yoko Sonnan", instead of simply Yoko. Pretty neat.!<

>!I'm so curious about that girl Mika Harin. If she managed to pass the Gauntlet Exam and stand with the Goats (Parabellum Zerbah, Erika and Yoko) then there MUST be something special about her. We'll have to wait and see.!<

>!Gelda is also a riot. Just what I expected from her lol. Also Erika and Alita are finally beginning Panzer Kunst training under her.!<

>!The Emblem of Wind and Sand also has a cool design. Love it.!<

>!I'm honestly surprised that only two kids (the ugly kid and Tico), out of almost 2000, died.!<

>!Anyways, ultra peak, can't wait to see more.!<

She is like a memory anchor that doesn't move with you. When you think of her, she is right there, measuring the distance between the past and the present.

Please suggest Kodansha US to publish Panzer Kunst Chronicles

Hi guys, really quick post. I think if we start requesting it, it would get Kodansha US to pick up Panzer kunst chronicles quickly and for them to put it on their Kmanga app so that we can read it weekly. So here is the link and information.

Kodansha recommend a publish link:

https://kodansha.us/support-center/

Click on the link above, in the select your topic choose "Publishing suggestions"

Once you select that the display changes and you have to click a new link that says "Publishing suggestion form"

This takes you to a googledoc to fill out.

For title I put, "GUNNM: Kikoujutsu senki"

Is it currently published by Kodansha Japan, I marked yes. Comic days is a part of it.

Do you have the official link to the series: https://comic-days.com/episode/12207421983615484271

Do you have any other comments: I put in, "please add to kmanga app and publish the volumes"

And that's it!

I made our favorite karmic researcher as a TF2 Medic loadout!

I wasn't quite able to get the right coat or glasses, disappointingly. (I got pretty close, but the hair would have been less accurate) Now that I think about it, both are pretty similar - I wonder who's the smartest and who's the maddest one?

So it appears G[redacted]'s surname is Kalisch, which is the German name for one of the oldest cities in Poland. I personally know some people with this surname so it was a fun reveal!

(Made it redacted because I don't know if it counts as a spoiler).

Anyway, my Polish brain went brrrr.

Dasein=Treasure of Mars?

I am under the impression that with the direction the story is heading Dasein isn't some giant brain belonging to royalty, let alone related to Alita, as it was presented in Gunnm: Martian Memory (1998). So it's something else we still don't fully know yet. Through Caerula Sanguis we learn that Dasein is the creator of Necro Soldiers and seems to have a vast knowledge with brain anatomy, remote control of people, body reanimation and a lot of wealth to fund fragile proxies. It dates back way before the formation of Grunthal, the altmeister council, and perhaps even predating the birth of Tiger Sauer (founder of Panzer Kunst).

My main reasoning comes from "The Treasure of Mars" Baron Muster desperately sought after. In the final Mars Chronicle volumes Zoe (Muster's right hand woman) recollected the time they finally discovered it. It was hidden in the holy canopy, and upon entering its hidden chamber, a large shockwave hit their minds. This unknown light entity presented itself as an Emergence to the two. But Muster, the cold man he was, stood fearlessly as he could look through the illusions thanks to the state of his crumbling body. He casually remarked that he was probably showing her hallucinations through electromagnetic waves that affect human cranial nerves. This false god offered him a surgery that would cure his maske toma through molecular reconstruction. But the catch was his old memories would be wiped clean. And that was something Muster vehemently opposed. He rejected the deal, valuing his revenge on the royal Martian family for their crimes. And subsequently, the kunstlers learned about the treasure and its coordinates, all the while Altmeister Austad was in contact with Dasein through the phone lines, and working with the mysterious Gergt to secure this crematorium/morgue facility with endless supplies of corpses to probably experiment on. This sounds more than just a coincidence.

On top of that, Mars Chronicle establishes in the post New Order timeline, that there is a clone of Alita controlled by a remote device, that ended up murdering Queen Limeira. And I am guessing that this clone is either the cloned model of Keteres Alita that Figure Four received, since she couldn't hold her promise. Or, it's Alita's original organic brain she gave away to Mbadi and Super Nova, and it somehow came into the possession of Necro Soldiers upon Mbadi's death. Dasein could have used either one of those to repurpose them, and perhaps even construct another Alita via molecular or cellular recombination.

So both Dasein and the Treasure man as I like to call him, know a lot about advanced technology, brain manipulation and cell reconstruction, which wasn't so common during the Terraforming Wars, until centuries later with Desty Nova and alike. It's strongly hinted they are the same person.

I'm curious what others think, especially now that Panzer Kunst Chronicle has started its serialization.

I just finished reading the original manga, what a ride - Though the original ending isn't in the 6-volume edition?

Where can I read/which editions have the original ending? I'm not sure yet if I'm too interested in Last Order, but I'd like to see the original ending as was originally intended/published. (Yes I know why it was changed/rushed, just a manner of expression)

In any case, I had a blast reading this as my first manga - The story was really fast-paced though and I wish there was a bit more detail for some stuff (Like, giving more time for the Barjack Rebellion to be more fleshed out - It kinda just starts and ends really quickly without much detail given)
