Current physique

I’m 6ft 3in and 200lbs. Just working out in the little gym in my apartment building for now. There’s a set of dumbbells and a cable machine down there, and I make it work. Later this year I will return to barbells in big gym. I feel like my figure isn’t actually this nice, the pose and the pump do a lot for me.

Cut not finished but I figured y'all might like to see

Hi all. My first time posting here so be nice :D I have been on met for 18 years now, and post op for 3, I started going to the gym about 2 months after surgery to try and improve my recovery. My strength numbers are roughly comparable to a cis woman, and results are absurdly slow, but I managed my first unassisted pullup last week so yay for that :D.

In terms of numbers incase that interest anyone I am 5'10, weighed 101kg before surgery, 88 kg on the day of (they said I had to loose weight for surgery) and now weigh 72kg (shooting for 68 but progress has gotten way slower on that in the past few weeks)

Happy to share specific strength numbers if anyone is curious :D I hope y'all have a happy day.

Should I be gearing my weight loss journey based on male or female biology? Does it even matter?

This is me. I don’t want to be this. I’ve been struggling with this for 10+ years. Every time I try to get skinny the scale just keeps going up. All my body fat seems to be centered around my torso. Should I be focusing more on my biology? Or does it matter?

This is from a year ago. I've lost a lot of muscle mass to disordered eating, but this subreddit has helped me start the journey towards being healthy again. Thank you, muscle girls 😘

Back in the gym

After a good 3 years of no gym, of focusing on losing weight (down 100 lbs!). I'm finally done with the not being a beast. I'm day 5 back in gym, my mood is so high. I feel good. I've missed this so much
