The box has been on the floor for less than 30 seconds and here we are with 5 of our 7 already checking it out!!! They have more toys than I can count and the box it is for the win!!!!
Adopted my first cat as an adult a week ago, Daisy is an 11 month old gray sweetie! Feel so lucky to have her. Initially she was super shy and hid in the house, and she was so stressed she stopped eating for a couple days and had to take her to the vet for bloodwork and Mirataz to stimulate eating.
Now off the medication she's a hungry happy eater! She is literally my shadow, and now I have trouble keeping out and off certain parts of the house with her curiosity.
Glenda loves to have the butt padded but scratching is a different story.
While Glenda was assisting in gardening this afternoon baby possums are running all about the backyard and she's just totally ignoring them I am very impressed.
14 days ago I got my sixth lower back-surgery in 3 years. Each time for the same herniated disc, that made me incapable of anything really. This time they removed the disc and fixated a couple of vertebraes.
So I take tiny walks during the day.
This time I came inside after a walk and were met with this... The look of Fix who were not allowed to go outside with me and guard me, who did not get second lunch instead, and who is not getting pets because I still can't bend down and pet him.
The betrayal is real!
