Does anyone know if there is a new working method to actually obtain the actual gun belt on the female primary character?

Does anyone know how to glitch the peach plate carrier on this specific kind of tucked service shirt? And I have seen other people with glitched on.

Starting with the fact that the patches on the uniform are wrong, I mean, heck, they could have given us the brown uniform with the wide-brimmed hat for the Rangers and kept the Khaki uniform with the Trooper and cowboy hat, along with the LSSD patches for the Sheriff... I swear... it was such a simple thing to do that I can't understand why R* didn't do it.... All you had to do was adapt the NPC hats to the player.....
