Ran into this guy a few weeks ago and had to share with people who would appreciate it. I shared to my socials and everyone was like “who is that?” 😭😭

Ran into him at the IcePlex when I was buying some merch.

So RotoWire just dropped their 2025-26 Bandwagon Score and we're sitting pretty at No. 1 with an 82.4. Higher than Vegas. Higher than Toronto. Higher than everyone.

I'd be lying if I said part of me didn't smile at this. We were the punchline for years — empty BB&T Center jokes, "do they even have a team?" tweets, the whole thing. Two Cup runs and a three-peat attempt later and suddenly everyone in South Florida owns a Tkachuk jersey.

Love seeing the building loud. Love seeing kids in Cats gear at the grocery store. But man, missing the playoffs at 84 points was the ultimate stress test, and I'm curious how many of the new flock are still around next October. The OGs who sat through the Jokinen years know what I mean.

Welcome aboard, bandwagoners. Just please learn the rat trick story before you tell it wrong. 🐀 https://www.rotowire.com/hockey/article/most-bandwagon-nhl-fanbases-113438

I’m tired of pretending

As it stands right now Bergeron is obviously the greatest DEFENSIVE forward of all time and the hardware shows it. But when it’s all said and done when Barkov retires in 8-10 years he will obviously have 4-5 or just as many Selkes as Bergeron (hes above and beyond the best defensive forward in the league right now) Genuinely what would the argument be for Bergeron in the future. I’ve seen some discussions and there’s some people who can’t even comprehend someone being better than him and won’t even entertain the concept. Bergeron was truly a defenseman playing forward but Barkovs resume the last 3 Stanley cup runs holds a very very big candle to Patrice. Holding every teams top line to practically no production over 3 cup runs is unheard of while being an exponentially better offensive player. What do you guys think of this? Obviously we know who our guy is.

5-6 Selkes
Just as many nominations
2 Stanley cups
PPG player and will retire with more points
A defensive pocket filled with some of the leagues greatest players in it including McDavid and Drai twice

If we are healthy, do you see us three-peating?

I played fantasy hockey this season and kept up with every NHL team the entire season. I've watched most of the playoff games. If we were healthy, I don't see any of the remaining teams in the playoffs beating us 4 games in a seven-game series! Because of their depth and talent, I believe Colorado has the best chance but honestly, we would run through the East! Do you see Montreal or Buffalo beating us? I don't.

O Captain! My Captain! How much have I missed to see you play<3

Haven’t played in almost a year and he is still the best center in the world, the swagger and confidence is just beaming.
(Sorry for the bad quality pic, taken from my TV screen zoomed in)

Is Hellebuyck realistic?

I’ve seen a lot of people joke/float the idea of getting him by trading our incoming pick, but I was wondering what everyone’s thoughts are on actually getting him, and what would it actually take. Mackie plus the pick? Most likely something else as well, but what? And how would the salary shake out, especially with re-signing bob?

Happy Barky as usual

Best smile you can get out of him.

Also, Lundell and Puljujärvi played amazing together, is this a sign?
