Youth development is an easy and cost effective way to strengthening a league. Our big teams have academies, facilities and opportunities, but other than loaning players, they can’t guarantee league playtime to promising talents.

So what I say is, it is easier to makeup B and C teams to give reserve players playtime than to individually get them on loan. So, the league should allow B & C teams of bigger clubs to be in the Turkish footballing pyramid. (For example, Juve Next Gen, Real Madrid B, Atletico Madrileno)

I know that young players have individual leagues, but these small–age restricted leagues cannot compare to the diverse teams with varying ages and experiences in our football pyramid.

I understand there are costs to maintaining extra teams, but our top clubs already pay millions in wages to players, why wouldn’t they take a small bit of that and invest it?

What do you think? Are you with me or against me?
