Hi , I have been in the waiting list from January. Is there any chance to get the offer letter . HR is telling no start date yet . But I have seen active job postings on LinkedIn. Is anyone from Canada in the same boat?

Is anyone here who didn’t got placed or know anyone who didn’t got placed after completing all their training. What is the ratio of the people who don’t get placed after completing their training? What happens with them?
