Need Advice on this Newborn Baby Skink!

I've had a group of ETS (3 girls, 1 dude) for about a year and a half and today I awoke to find this little one. I was hoping this would happen, but now I need some advice.

  1. The baby is so small! It seems interested in Pangea crested gecko diet with insects, which has a high insect content. I also give this to my adults, but primarily give them live crickets. But this baby is too small for crickets, and I expect it will be at least 2 months until it's big enough to eat what the adults are eating. In the meantime, would it be ok on Pangea? Or am I in a position where I need to be buying something super small, like maybe flightless fruit fries? Even that seems too big. This baby is impossibly small. Nobody online talks about what to feed them when they're this small.

  2. I'm looking to sell any babies to those want pets or even those looking for new blood for breeding. I expect there is a premium in waiting a year until they are mature and can be sexed? Or is it best to get them into a new home ASAP?

  3. If I do keep them for a year until maturity, I'm interested in the question of whether to leave them in the adult enclosure or create a juvenile enclosure. I've seen some keepers who leave them with adults and report positive experiences (Kayla Roach on YouTube has a video about this). But I've always seen comment suggesting the adults could be a risk to the little ones while feeding?

Any other advice on what to do is appreciated. I'm a pretty experienced keeper with a blue tongue, leopard, and two cresties. But this is a first for me.
