I don't mean a private coach.

Guys I need a gym but not really expensive where the coaches would be with the beginner in almost all their workouts, diets, know what kind of exercises your body needs, would push you to your maximum until you're no longer a beginner

looking for a good boxing coach im already training in a local boxing gym with a great coach but its group classes and i wanna improve my skill with some personalized drills coaches who understand the sport well not a boxercise type of coaching i want high level 1 on 1 coaching

(already asked my current coach he said he has no time for private classes due to personal matters)

I was walking past a small local park inside the city (it was completely dark out, probably around 8PM), & an animal quickly walked past me and into the park… it had a sort of sleek, cat-like body with large pointy ears and a distinctive fluffy tail, white at the end. It seemed too skinny to be a dog, too large to be a cat… plus, the ears were way too big to be either. Only saw it for a second or two. AI suggests it was a Rüppell’s Fox, which I’d never heard of before now. I tried to find information about them living in the city (or even other sightings here), but I wasn’t able to find anything. Do these type of foxes live within the city? Did I possibly spot a different species? And Is it a common sighting? I’m mostly wondering if I’ll ever have the chance to spot one again in the future.
