In the Steered Straight episode when Drake wants to go to a club to listen to music but he had to be 21 to enter he told Josh to get a fake ID. Drake then said we’re not going to drink or anything, we’re just going to listen to music. I was surprised to hear the word drink on Nickelodeon. There was also that 1 line in Sam and Cat when Cat’s grandma was on the phone with the police and said no, I haven’t been drinking.

The old old debate: Who REALLY won the bet?

Let's ignore Megan's rule saying "Whoever caves, loses!" regardless who's first. D&J agreed whoever caves FIRST loses but Megan intentionally screwed them over with the contract they signed (likely for revenge after they didn't pick her up and she had to walk soaking wet from the rain).

That being said, I'm 50/50 on it. I guess one can argue that when they said "gimme that!", it was a tie. However, Drake started eating those candies before Josh got to the controller. Although some say Drake was chewing and not eating.
