The other i ordered a medium pizza and it was disaster and the manager is unavailable for the resolution their customer care is the worst.

And the timing issue they always do...

Zero cheese, all mayo , pizza sauce is diluted with ketchup, they are using a shitty Excel sheet menu instead of dominos menu, no hygiene, rude staff,

Felt like I bought pizza from thela wala, if you are not ordering from online then they will cut coke from your order with excuses like shortage, worst of all dominos app cs no complaint option with shitty bot

They swap tomato meltz with shitty tandoori mayo saying the menu changed and the choco bomb was half raw

I ordered 3 items from dominos and the delivery guy just delivered 2 of them and when I asked him where is the 3rd item, he said he gave all 3 at reception. When I checked the cctv and confirmed that he only gave 2 items and called him, then he came back and gave this 3rd item.
It was a veg order but this guy gave me non veg item which has red sticker and he covered it with the green veg sticker.

They have a delivery guy who speaks as if he is high on some drugs and always speaks in a very shady way.

Dominos in Dhule is just shit.

Ordered yesterday, 1 hrs, 10 minutes for delivery.

1. The driver said the store doesn't provide them uniform, good bike, which is why he got late

2. I had watery stools next morning after eating the pizza

3. On the app, I tried to call, chat, etc. no response just shitty AI replies.

4. When the order got delivered, the manager said to pay & I will be refund. No refund yet.

I advice everyone not to order from Dominos or even eat there. Better get pizza from other places

I have been there three in the past two months and everytime they refuse delivery in name of cleaning, sometimes they say we only accept cash.Just to not take orders.
