Hey guys, I’m writing this in frustration, my shift started at 9 and I woke up with a really bad sore throat so I texted my manager at 6 am, now I know we should always give a heads up but if your shift is that early not much you can really do. Now I’ve been with the company for years, and I rarely call in sick, my manager asked me to provide a doctors note? Is this allowed? What does dollaramas policy say regarding it? I rarely call in sick and it’s only one day, if it was a week straight I would understand but I just kinda feel like they don’t believe me

Hi, I was wondering how to turn down the heat in my store, most times it's fine, but one of my supervisors always has it CRANKED to the TOP, I'm talking set to hell. Today it was just as bad and since it was hot outside, it was EVEN HOTTER than usual, so even the customers have been complaining to me when im working at cash. I was just wondering how to turn it down, or if it's possible, or is it just controlled by some mass being and it can't be controlled in store. Lol thanks in advance
Hello,
I have an interview as an Assistant Team Leader, and I was wondering how the interview process is?
Apparently, I’m supposed to do the interview in the app, and from my knowledge, I cannot use it on my computer so I’ll be doing it on my phone. Is it like a call? How should I prepare for it?
Thank you!!
Can you wear shorts to work?
I know tank tops are a no, what about shorts?
