Would love to hear the ways you feel appreciated by your docs / team. I am a dentist / private practice owner and I am so happy and thankful to have the team I have (took time to get here!).
We do outings every once in a while, but it’s hard to coordinate with everyone’s busy social schedule. I do write them cards and give them gift cards on their appreciation days, bring balloons and flowers on their birthdays, and we do an annual dinner / outing.
Other ideas?
