Gotta say, having a blast with the new overclock I just got
of course when i give them a boulder to love in…
I feel like the Demolisher from DRG:S is the upgraded version of the Driller class...
...Which got me curious: if he ever gets backported into the main game, how is he gonna play like? What if, instead of having a utility/traversal tool, he has access to an Ult of sorts? You get to call in your Rockdozer for a set duration, which then cools down passively, or you can speed it up by killing enemies.
I think having "upgraded" classes to the 4 original classes would be an interesting game progression. What would the other classes' Ults be like?
The sludge pump and wave cooker
My fellow drillers or other experienced miners, what are your favored ways to use the sludge pump and the wave cooker? Builds, together or separate, any combo. Just looking for inspiration. Rock and stone!
Praetorian gets sent to another dimension
Added the effect in-post, but it really did die that fast, and the edit is what it felt like to delete it.
Finished the tutorial
Am I a GrEyBeAeD yEt!?
Best bang for the buck from any game ive ever played, will gladly put another thousand hours into it.
Thank you all for being such an amazing community!
Thats it, just wanted to share a little milestone, rock and stone!
How to grow more fond of the game as a new player
Hi all,
First of all, rock and stone (I think?)
Sorry if these kind of posts are not allowed, in this case feel free to ignore or remove it.
This morning I bought this game on PS5, since I saw it was on sale and it looked fun.
PVE-games are something I am very fond of, and working together with others is something that got me intrigued too. The hype was very much real when I booted up the game.
As of this point while typing this, I have owned the game for 13 hours and played it for 15/30 minutes at maximum. I finished the tutorial and managed to play 1 mission, during which the connection failed halfway through, kicking me out and depleting my motivation to play for that moment.
I really don't want to dismiss the game this quickly, especially since it looks like a lot of fun, but I have a feeling that makes it difficult to motivate myself to play more, especially since I noticed that there weren't many people playing in the lower ranked missions that were available to me.
Any tips on how to slowly but surely warm up more to this game? Maybe some of you who'd want to play together to teach me the tips and tricks of this game?

which builds are better to take for elite diving in single-player mode, I just don't have any friends who played at all. which builds are better to take for diving in single-player mode, I just don't have any friends who would play with me, can you tell me?
Why not pre-drill?
Hey, miners!
I’ve been a member of DRG for a while now. As a lover of fire and explosions, I always wear the Driller suit on missions.
I just started playing Hazard 5 recently, and after talking to some dwarves, I found out they don’t like pre-drilling on the escort mission
I’ve been on high alert ever since I had three massive detonators in a row, a BET-C behind a wall, or something even worse like the Nemesis. With my usual squad, we usually do pre-drilling using only one supply, leaving 3 or 4 for the final part after having mined all the nitro possible, so I don’t see a problem with doing it this way.
I’d like to read your opinions on this topic.
(Yes, spanish)
Potential Newbie
I am a reformed Arc Raiders player looking for a new game. I noticed there are huge bundles on Steam Such as the Deluxe, Dwarven Legacy, and Survivor. Is the basic purchase enough, or are the bundles worth it? If I end up enjoying the game, I am open to purchasing more bundles but I haven't found a game that has really pulled me in for a while. TIA.
Honestly, why is this community so friendly?
I've met some friendly communities before, but this one is by far the most friendly ive met, we all just rock and stone and drink and squash the bugs.
Steam discount
I'm on the fence about buying this game, but it's currently around $30. Does it often go on discount on steam?
I heard some nice things about this game on the Helldivers subreddit due to recent backlash about the latest update. Almost every cool weapon is behind a paywall which is super frustrating at times especially after spending $60. Wondering if it's the same in this game?
Whats yall favorite mission type?
I really like pretty much all the mission types in this game, even industrial sabotage. But if I had to pick a favorite specific one I'd be tied between point extraction and on-site refining.
I love having a giant rig drop down and deploy. Its so damn cool. On-site refining was also the first ever mission I played after the tutorial so it holds a special place in my heart
