These guys look badass but are they specific to salamanders?

Greetings little brothers. Salamander here, I recently picked up company heroes to bodyguard He'stan and wanted to show our successor chapters some love. I decided to make the captain a Dark Kraken but i'm not 100% happy with the purple (I went for genestealer purple) any advice on a darker vibrant purple?

Inspired by the prehistoric looking, equally majestic and terrifying snapping turtle I present my custom Brutalis Dreadnought! The base still needs some work and obviously it'll look worlds different painted up but I'm really happy right now with how it's come together!!

(For those who are curious, the name is a mix of Genbu from Japanese mythology and Kauila from Hawaiian mythology!)

🎨: With the upcoming preorders this week we get our first look into the new war for Armageddon and 11th edition.

Old man Yarricks model will be up for sale along with his new partner Commissar Graves. 3 new battalion boxes will be up for sale including a Deathwatch one that has everyone’s favorite ship, the Corvus Blackstar.

Wazdakka himself finally has a model, and as much as I hate Orks it’s one of the coolest things I’ve seen

📚: The Warhammer community is continuing their lore deep dive on Armageddon with part three, this is all about Ghazghkull grand plan goes in depth of his history and some new/old Orks characters that will be showing up in this all out war, it shows brand new art as well.

Armageddon: The Return of Yarrick is up for preorder and like all the previous campaign books this is jammed packed with new lore and will most likely have some narrative changing lore/slash message within it. Can’t wait to see what chapters show up and what the battles will be like.

World ablaze anthology will be available too, a book of all new stories taking place on Armageddon. Chapters that will have stories will of course be the Salamanders plus others, looking forward to seeing what members shows up, like Tu’Shan or Adrax.

A new book that was announced and will also be available this week is “ Veterans of the Fall” an Astra Militarum book that is about the Kasrkin. If you’re interested in this I would recommend reading the short story that leads into it “Tattershield”

This is my Dark Kraken. Love running these fellas! What you guys think? There’s pieces of carcass and beast markings from the hunt.

The Judiciar is a Primaris Space Marine who is in training to become a Chaplain. Sworn to a vow of silence, they do not preach aloud but instead use their deeds and actions to demonstrate their devotion and worthiness for the Chaplaincy. They serve as a type of holy executioner, enforcing the Chapter Master's will and carrying out the beheading of those who disobey.

I tried to make the Aquila color more of a warmer bronze-y silver than the default cold silver.

I think the purple might be a bit too dark and I think I overdid the blue highlighting on the black armor to the point where it just kinda looks blue now, so I’ll probably fix that for the later ones.

I really love these custom helmets, they’re the perfect design for the theme and I wish there were more of these plain ones without all the tentacles.

This is variant/alternative cover #2 for the Dark Krakens comic. Featuring everyone’s favorite, Lieutenant Jacarae in his artificer Gravis armor and custom heavy harpoon bolter(Eels Kiss). My sister got me absolute Batman volume 2 for my birthday so I very much influenced. More pages are in the works!
