I’m genuinely curious how he is as a mayor. He definitely has a great communications team and is getting himself out there on a wide range of issues.

But my framework for quality is:

Integrity x Outcome x Communication

Shorthand: I x O x C.

More fully:
* Integrity: Does he have honest/good intentions and values in approaching things. Is he doing things in a “good” way that is moral.
* Outcomes: Is he getting actual things done that make will result in meaningful differences for us citizens.
* Communication: Is he getting the word out and helping us understand what are the important problems and progress on said problems.

He’s definitely good at (C) which is necessary. But that’s not the most important thing long term.

So, is he any good?
