SharedPour: Black Maple Hill 16 Year Bourbon

SharedPour has the Black Maple Hill 16 Year Bourbon available online for 799/ bottle. This is the latest revived premium brand from Rare Character's Pablo Moix. This will be a very limited release and is a fantastic pour, BUT is it worth the price? As much as I enjoyed this it doesnt live up to that price for me personally... especially being a "small batch".

For details about all of the Black Maple Hill releases and my tasting notes on each see my previous post: Black Maple Hill Release Party at Jack Rose

Austin Nichols Release Tomorrow

Has one seen or heard how this will be released? I don’t have any social media (instagram, TikTok, etc) so the only thing I’ve seen is the email Wild Turkey sent last week.

Revisiting

I posted a couple of weeks ago that Hops and Vines in Odenton had the Heaven Hill 90th for 179. It’s still there as of this evening if you need it.

That being said - They have a new raffle going on. Buy a store pick of Old Forester blue label (I think it’s a collab not theirs) for $107.99?!? And that gets you into a raffle to win the chance to buy a regular ole Blantons for…wait for it…$159.99. I stared at the advertisement so long at checkout I think the clerk thought I lost consciousness.

Disclaimer- I only go here when my wife hits me LAST MINUTE that she needs wine.

Hope everyone has a great week.
