Is Ineffa, Bina and Nahida a good enough team? If yes I'll pull Bina on her rerun, if not whom do you recommend I pull for him

i dont know if i should farm or no. is there any numbers how much 40% bloom helps. my etam is nahida cyno xingqiu kuki

I came back from a long break a few patches ago and now I REALLY wanna get Cyno, but im a bit lost so if anyone could answer this questions would be appreciated :).

-What's more worth it? His weapon R1 or a C1 so i can get C2 with the event?

-What's more worth to do? Try pulling a Lauma next banner (and if i lose save the guaranteed) or and save up and when Nahida reruns pull for her?

-What's a better Cyno playstyle? Hyperbloom, Quicken or Overload?

-If i go hyperbloom who's better? Yelan or Columbina?

Sorry for the ammount of questions i just really wanna play him right and stop wasting my resourses.

Hi cyno nation, my cyno(c6) team is baizhu, furina and ororon, peaking at 80k dps. Ive made the decision to skip anything lunar, but i did pull durin. With the addition of nicole, overload with durin and chevreuse may easily reach 100k dps. Issues i have with it is that theres no good electro option for energy, fischl looks like a downgrade, or a great artifact set for him, best is either gladiator or echoes. Would it be worth it to get nicole solely for him or save for snezhnaya?
