why do people do this with their mods

not trying to call anyone out but like. why are people still doing this "seperate a mod into 25 different mods". i thought after the Serilum and the Farmers Delight addon guy people would stop doing this OR at least curseforge would put some procedure in place to stop this but nope. when these ppl update their mods the new mods tab gets obliritated

Can people test out my new modpack Aetherscape I need testing

The world stretches far beyond the horizon, shaped by quiet forces and restless nature. Light drifts through dense canopies in soft beams, illuminating particles that float gently through the air. The land feels alive in every direction. Leaves rustle with hidden movement, distant calls echo between the trees, and small creatures slip through the undergrowth with careful curiosity. Nothing is still for long. Even the silence carries a pulse.

As the terrain shifts, the ground rises into rugged stone and fractured cliffs. The wind moves through narrow gaps with a low, steady voice, and shadows glide across the ridges as creatures wander along the heights. They appear for only a moment before vanishing again, leaving behind the faint impression that something ancient is watching from deep within the rock.

The land softens again as it opens into wide fields where tall grasses sway in long, rolling waves. The sky stretches endlessly above, bright and open, and winged creatures drift lazily through the warm air. Their movements are slow and graceful, tracing patterns that seem almost deliberate. The fields feel peaceful, but never empty. Life moves quietly here, content to exist without drawing attention.

Farther north, the air grows colder and the world becomes still. Snow blankets the ground in a thick, muffled layer that absorbs every sound. Frost clings to branches like delicate crystal, and pale shapes wander across the frozen landscape, leaving faint trails behind them. The cold is not hostile. It is calm, ancient, and patient, as if the land has learned to wait for centuries without complaint.

In other places, the earth trembles with heat. The ground cracks open in glowing lines, and drifting sparks rise into the air like fireflies made of embers. The atmosphere vibrates with a quiet tension, and the creatures that roam here move with deliberate caution. The land feels powerful, unpredictable, and alive with energy that never fully settles.

Mist covered lowlands stretch out in quiet layers, the air thick with drifting fog that curls around roots and stones. Strange plants glow softly in the haze, and amphibious creatures slip between water and land with smooth, fluid motion. Every step feels like entering a place that remembers things long forgotten, a place where the world holds its breath.

High above everything, islands float in open sky, suspended by forces that defy explanation. The air is bright and thin, filled with drifting particles that shimmer like stardust. Strange beings glide effortlessly between the islands, guardians of a realm untouched by the chaos below. The sky feels endless here, a place of calm and wonder.

Deep below the surface, darkness spreads through winding caverns. The air is heavy and still, broken only by the faint echo of distant movement. Strange growths pulse with dim light, and the creatures that dwell here move with quiet precision. Every sound feels amplified, every step uncertain, as if the underground itself is listening.

The world of Aetherscape is alive in every direction. It breathes, shifts, and grows, filled with beauty, danger, and mystery. Every region holds its own secrets, every creature its own story. This is a land shaped not by heroes, but by time, nature, and the quiet forces that linger in the spaces between.

Keep install when launching vanilla game

Whenever i try to run vanilla Minecraft game on curseforge for my alt it defaults to the most recent update. Is there anyway to make it so it picks the version i want each time so i don't have to download and install in this case 1.21 each time

Looking for a legal system.

hope my flair is right

so my friends and I have a server running a modpack running 1.20.1 forge that I'm using curseforge to manage. we like the idea of making certain things illegal and making secret bases to hide that stuff. so ideally this mod or collection of mods would have a way to establish the laws (kinda like /rules) and the ability to report that someone has broken a law. If you can prove that to another person, it will punish them. I'm thinking things like a system to make a jail (after setting up the jail in game, it would give offenders a temporary empty inventory and tp them to a cell that's protected from building or breaking) negative potion effects for a certain amount of time, losing xp, and anything else that's a punishment but not like malicious like griefing or banning.

does anyone know of something like that? or by some miracle have an interest in making something like that?

Tinkerers Construct

I am currently playing desolate planet and have a copper mattock with 700 durability. It’s costing 10 copper ingots to fully repair it, is this normal?? I’m watching the captain sparklez series and he has the same mattock and it only costed him about 4 copper

i hate mods.

OKAY SO. I've been trying to get farmers delight on curseforge the past 2 days and every attempt I've made hasn't let me download the mod and says its not a valid zip archive. I've tried renaming the file to .mcaddon, I've tried extracting the file and compressing it, ive tried extracting the options inside the file and compressing that + renaming it & nothing has worked. I'm starting to question whether this is possible or not, if anyone knows anything about this, please let me know! The mod is for bedrock and is in the right version. (v26.13) I'm slowly starting to give up.
