[Crysis 2 Remastered on GOG] Enemy AI completely breaks in "Walk in the Park"

Never played the original release so don't have a reference.

First of all, I had to keep closing GOG galaxy to restart the game whenever I closed it which is really annoying. But I was having a good time so I kept playing.

I made it to the "masks off" level and started noticing Actors and Enemies were popping in and out occasionally, which threw me off, but still I kept playing.

Then I made it to the final level and everything went to shit. The enemy bullet tracer upgrade was appearing from MY gun. After reloading the checkpoint, I tried cloaking into an area with a bunch of enemies, when I decloaked none of them reacted even when I shot at them, and it just continued like this for the rest of the level.

It seemed like the game was so broken that I couldn't even finish it because I thought the final enemies were popping out when I shot at them. Turns out they're supposed to have their own cloak and just weren't attacking me! I "finished" the game but doesn't really feel like it though because the AI wasn't working.

Did no one playtest this? Has anyone else had this problem??

Also minor side note nitpick: Why does Prophet sound different in the final cutscene when he's talking to Alcatraz? It sounded like a different VA.

(GPT Image 2) Someone asked me to post sci fi stuff. Here's an idea of Crysis x Cyberpunk 2077 crossover. The Player is Nanosuit 2.0 operator.

Crysis Movie/TV Series??

I know we’re all in the wondering process if Crysis 4 is even getting made. But the real question is with it being out this long, why have they not made a movie or tv series for Crysis?

I mean sure, production costs etc would be expensive but they could definitely do it. Crytek just needs to deliver the story, nothing more I’m not trying to wait 10+ years for something from them😂 the movie buffs could do the rest. Just please give us something Crysis is such a great game series and deserves so much more than just to be an old game collecting dust on my shelf.

Maybe just maybe (Crysis 4)

(image kinda related)

I know we barely have any hope on getting Crysis 4 but yk maybe next year (if they celebrate 20th anniversary) they would announce something (cope i know)

But maybe just maybe this game could make a comeback like the Wolverine PS5 game that originally got discontinued
