No cashback even after months and no proper resolution to tickets

Its been a month since I redeemed my coins but no resolution yet. Further as mentioned I also added my bank account and did my second coin redemption through NEFT as it said faster than upi, that too is not processed yet.

Raised multiple tickets but just a robotic reply.

How to increase Corra coins here ???

As the total corra coins at start were pretty good so the cashback were huge too.. BMS were almost giving 60-70% of the amount but now coins are low so even the cashback are low .. Not sure how it works. Coz now if I upload a bms ticket its giving 46₹ cashback and 3 coins only.... !! Any idea how to increase coins so that cashback also increases ????

I haven't received a single payout, It's been 9 days since my cashback got approved but not received it.

I hit the 250rs cashback minimum cashback mark to get credited 9 days ago but haven't received a single payment since I joined corra club. Raised multiple tickets but no payout. I think they are just bots replying to tickets.
