What is better?

I'm trying to figure out how to make a big enclosure for my corn snake. I saw some people doing it with fake and with real plans. Both are possible for me to make I just don't know what would work better, as I'm thinking of having isopods in the enclosure. Enclosure is around 4-2-2 (120/30-60-70/80 cm) if I got the measurements correctly converted, sorry if it's a bit wrong.

What would be risks and what would be benefits from doing it with fake or with real plans?

What would be best way to make either one of them? Like a idea for how the enclosure looks.
