Looks like Klanned Karenhood has had it up to HERE with half-price appletinis at their local Chili’s and their unsatisfying lavender marriages and have decided once again to take an interest in what’s in schoolchildren’s underwear.

This is coming from an incident where a boy with developmental delays walked into a girls’ bathroom at a podunk middle school in Cabarrus County. Two girls acted cruelly in taking his photo and blasting it over social media, and their adults acted worse.

Even after the truth came out—that there was no ill intent and no issue of a transgender person harming girls—the revamped Minivan Taliban is seizing an opportunity for relevance and trying to hide the fact they voted for a rapist and pedophile by pretending they care about our daughters.

Sickening.

What to do in Concord?

I’ve lived here about 3 months after being a visitor for years. Where do mid 30s, single people hang out at around here?

Hi! Im a female in my late 20s with the opportunity to move from Michigan to Concord for work. Do you recommend for me to live in concord or charlotte (or even NODA)? I never been to NC but i heard mix opinions about living there( not much to do / okay food). I hate the cold and would love to leave. I would just like to hear from people who actually live here lol. PS if you have any recommendations of what area to live or avoid, please let me know. any info is helpful : )

Need recommendations for yard maintenance/landscaping

I need y'all's recommendations for someone local who does landscape work. We have some areas alongside our driveway that are overgrown and need clearing out, but after that, we need just regular lawn maintenance services.

I'm also looking for someone who also does business in the Indian Trail area as we are also looking for help for an elderly relative's yard.

Volunteer opportunities for disabled people?

Does anyone know of any places that need volunteer help for people with disabilities? My nephew is 30 years old, with cerebral palsy. He has expressed interest in doing some volunteer work and I think it's a fantastic idea. Anyone have any leads? Thank yoi?

I am looking at moving to Charlotte and ended up really liking Concord, but I ended up getting a job on the South side of Charlotte and I’m not sure I want to do that commute. Are there any cities closer to the south side that feel like Concord?

Things I love about Concord:
- Can get a nice 2 bed apartment for under $1700 (very important)
- So many restaurants
- Lots of things to do
- Feels very safe
- Close to Charlotte but not in the city
- Has a downtown
- Nice areas to walk in

Does this exist anywhere else or should I suck it up and commute?

What's great train-watching spot around here? Sometimes you just wanna sit for a bit and watch the trains roll by.

Where can I get help with my bill without going through DSS? My bill is $1000. I am a single mom on SSI and my checks only cover so much of my bills I am barely making it and this is the only bill I am behind on.
