Every Version of you, update
Yes I am being repetitive, I hope it’s okay to share again here. I’m trying working on getting more comfortable on camera, I’m slowly trying to improve my editing and I have a long way to go on both.
Repetition is helping me to stay focused and have a clear measurement of my small improvements over time. At the end of the day my goal is to be the best version of myself for my daughter and family, this project is teaching me patience, gratitude and who I want to be. Thank you for being part of my journey! #artist #parenting #neurospicy #daughter #daddy
UNLEASHED, DAVID BEZAK, Colored pencil, 2018
Patch work made for national guard unit
My younger brother is an aviation mechanic and is a heavy supporter of my work, so anytime he finds a way to shoot me opportunities, I give it my all, I’ve never done this type of drawing, but there’s a first for everything right?
Enjoy!
Should I invest into colored pencils..?
hlo.. so I'm trying to get into color, cuz I always wanted to explore that.. I've already decided to get 48 ohuhu pastel alcohol markers... but am confused if I should add on coloured pencils over it aswell... cuz I like the somewhat detailed/messy design color pencils can achieve, but I don't have the budget to get some Good pencils if I get the markers... for now I just use my trusty 0.5 mech pencil.. and I tried to get some result with the 10 in 1 balloen but it's too hard to layer pens over each other... so I am very confused rn..🫠
I'm gonna add some of my sketches and some refrences on how I want the colors to look..
ty to anyone that helps...😗
Need help with shadow perspective.
It’s a little too late for me to fix the shadow on their particular piece but I’m wondering if anyone can describe or even share how I can make a drop shadow where the light comes from the left. I don’t even know what this shadow is😂😂😅
Blue pencil sketch
Ever since I was a kid, I’ve always sketched faces when I sit down and doodle. I don’t really know why other than I’m an empath and was a very shy sensitive child.. faces have always intrigued me.
I used two mechanical pencils with slightly different color 2 mm lead.
I have been thinking of sketching in public and I thought this blue color might be a cool style to offer.
What do y’all think?
Can anyone guess what this is?
I just want to know if these landscape drawings look anything like what they are supposed to be. Here they are!
Work in progress
A page I’m currently working on. Some parts are base layered with Ohuhu markers, some aren’t. Almost done with the horse body when I realized I need to add a yellow into my skull 😑 using prismacolor pencils. I’ve averaged about 6 colors in each part so far. And no, I don’t think I could have done the horse in less…currently it’s 6 pencils and about 2 be 8. Oh, the joys of depth on a black animal lol
100% Pencils ✏️ Working on Page 6
