Just trying to get an idea on how bricklayer/mason industry is in the central fl. areas

We will be house hunting in the Clermont area for June. We have three kids 14,12 and 11 and coming down from NJ. I'm having trouble with figuring out where to stay. We just want somewhere safe with a pool. And clean. Not far from shopping. We want to be able to check out the general area while there. We will prolly also do a day or two at universal. Thinking of staying down for two weeks. Considering looking for new construction but not sure. Any recs on what community or what area to stay. I've done a few searches for an Airbnb near Clermont and a lot comes up so any help appreciated. Thanks
