These sorts of dumb terminals were produced throughout the 80-90s. They were quite uncommon but mostly have the same basic design. Notable companies that made them would be 长城. They had special parts in them so they could process the Chinese language but were largely clones of western systems.

I know I know a bit unrelated to Chinese retro COMPUTERS but in Chinese we call computers (or used to) 计算器 or 计算机. And this is also a 计算机 so yeah. I think it deserves a place in this subreddit mainly since it’s very in place for the time period and would have worked long banking hours with a Great Wall 0520A 286.
