This is my first big-girl move and I need some help.
Looking for a studio or 1BR near Milwaukee & Mulford with a May move-in (June 1 latest). Budget is $1,200 max + flexible utilities. Looking for 400+ sq ft, lots of natural light, and preferably a top-floor unit since I’m sensitive to noise overhead. Not interested in basement/garden units. Would love laundry room in the building.
Non-smoker, no pets. Open to a 1-year lease but flexible on 6 months too.
I’ve been checking Zillow and Apartments. com without much luck. Are there better sites, neighborhoods, or private landlord options I should be looking into? Any tips would be appreciated.
