Hey everyone, I'm one of the many people who have been placed on Catholic's waitlist for med this year. I read on their website that they will announce the new notices for non- EU on May 6th. There still has not been any change on the website, so does this mean everyone has paid the deposit, and there are no waitlist calls? Anyway, let me know what you all think. Also, does anyone have any idea what position the waitlist will drop to this year? My fingers are very crossed:))

Bachelor international Business Management in the Piacenza campus as a Non-EU student

i recently got accepted to unicatt’s international business management bachelors program. I have no idea how its like there, like is it diverse, does people speak English or mainly Italian.

and I need to answer them in like 4 days so if anyone knows pleassse let me know. I’m debating whether to go back to Japan and apply there or just go to unicatt since I am interested in international bm, but I’m js really scared about the life there and how’s it like in general

anything will help. Than you!!!

Hi everyone,

I am looking forward to enrolling in the Medicine and Surgery course at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.

I ranked 65th in the final EU ranking, so I am still waiting for further notices, but I haven’t seen any yet on the website.

Do you think there will be any this year? If so, do you think I still have a chance of getting in?

Thank you very much.

I am an Indian student planning to study medicine and surgery in cattolica university Bolzano campus

I have posted about this earlier but my doubts were not cleared

Hence I request every one of you to please guide me

1.should I go for the Bolzano campus

  1. They do not have ecfmg eligibility on wdoms yet claim to prepare students for usmle exam

3.Their research papers are also not scientifically focused

((They do some patient treatment and doctor ethics thing))

  1. This leads me to question their education quality and lab quality too

  2. I want good academic, clinical training and research opportunities and have 3 to 4 research papers till the end of my course on neurology most favorably which ucsc Bolzano is not offering

  3. My pg destination is preferably germany as I want to be a surgeon researcher in the field of neuroscience in which icsc Bolzano does help as it teaches both german and Italian and has some internships in german hospitals

I am in a dilemma and need to act fast please share all you have

I have already registered for ucsc Bolzano entrance test but am open to other suggestions

My hard limit budget is €161668.49 exact

Hi

I just got an email and they told me that they are gonna send final feedback by the end of May.

Anyone else received this response?

Is it a green-light?

Hi guys!!
I’m preparing for the Bolzano entrance exam and I’m trying to understand what should I be aiming score wise I’m getting to like 44 right now and I want to know which score to aim for and if I don’t get in what was the cut off last year with the scrolling (I’m non eu).
And if anyone can elaborate how they like the med school actually? And how you guys prepared and what topics I should focus on?

the inflation is crazy high for eu this year and I just wanted to see what the chances are for someone thats lower in the list (score just below 50) of getting in. Is there anyone that is going to decline their offer ?

i take ib and have a ridiculously high pg which idk if i can achieve in my actual exams but does cattolica need me to score like my predicted or are they just happy with a 24 (passing grade)

the website doesnt rlly say much abt conditional vs unconditional offers and they didnt specify anything on the offer letter but im worried they'll take my scholarship away or smth if i dont reach my predicted grade

Hey guys.

As a Non-EU, if i got admitted in the med surgery program, and pay the fees, do the preenrollment and everything for Cattolica, can i still preenrol to public universities and do the IMAT? I read somewhere that I can enroll to one public and one private university?

How does the whole process work and would I need to pay the Cattolica semester fees in advance before September?

I know it's a waste of money, but I want to enrol in Cattolica as backup and then write the IMAT and hopefully if i pass I want to withdraw from Cattolica and go to my chosen public uni.

Please let me know guys. Help will be much appreciated!

PS: Cattolica is way too expensive for me and I'm not that rich! That's why - I don't mean to offend anyone by saying it's a backup.
