How does this look seller asking for 300. Worth or no?

Is this a good deal? And is it truly BV factory? I got offered this Cartier Santos in 35mm with palladium plating, 1 year old, about 260€ all in. It will be my first superclone and I’ve long searched for a 35mm BV.

7. Dial Printing: Looks clean and sharp, no bleeding as far as I can tell. Dial does not appear to be rotated or off center.
8. Date Wheel alignment/printing: Nothing is cut off but the numbers shown look left biased
9. Hand Alignment: Can be seen in the video, hands align well at 12 o'clock position
10. Bezel: Looks good, nothing to be pointed out
11. Solid End Links (SELs): N/A
12. Timegrapher numbers: Rate: +2s/d AMP: 276 ERR: 0.0ms (everything within margin)
13. Anything else you notice: As far as I can tell, this is likely a GL. The only thing I'm concerned about is the date wheel alignment being too far left based on the four numbers shown. Will this be noticeable on wrist? Is it something worth an RL?
