I bought new brake pads and when I picked them up at the Mississauga location they were blatantly used and wrapped in a dirty towel. I didn’t accept the pads and demanded a refund, guy tells me I’ll get my money back in 7-10 days.

It’s been more than 10 days and I still haven’t gotten the money.

I’m upset that I haven’t gotten my money back. But more importantly, HOW DO YOU SELL A CUSTOMER USED BRAKE PADS? Clearly there is zero quality control going on over there.
